First, as an investment banker and now as an investor, Aaditya has always focused on bridging the gap between technical considerations and real-life implications. "I think one of the most important parts of building a successful company is identifying a genuine pain point and empathizing with the people who deal with those issues", he says. Whether addressing a simple inconvenience or a massively complex subject, Aaditya believes that solving these problems while always putting the end-user’s needs and desires first will result in those active champions of your product.

Aaditya was born in India and moved to the US at an early age. He went on to study economics & computer science at Duke University, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa inductee. After college, Aaditya began his career at PJT Partners, serving as a strategic advisor to media & entertainment, consumer internet, and enterprise software businesses during transformational events like mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and principal investments.Aaditya's reliability is his greatest strength; it's "the ultimate quality I want entrepreneurs to associate with me as an investor and as a person. At the end of the day, that's the only thing that matters." Through both challenges and successes, he intends to act as a constant source of support and seeks to build lifelong relationships with the entrepreneurs he partners with.

Outside of Spark, you can find Aaditya hanging out at the local basketball court, hopping between restaurants in search of dim sum, or reading fiction with a smoothie in hand.
